Description

This French polish mix we manufacture ourselves from a recipe we found in an old book of various finishes for furniture. It is made using our Dewaxed Platina Indian shellac and several other resins.

To use mix the whole container of shellac and resins with the appropriate amount of denatured alcohol according to the following:

4 oz to 1 pint

8 oz to 1 quart

1 lb to 2 quarts

In the summer months we suggest shipping shellac by air to prevent it from softening in transit and fusing into a solid block.
